Ashley N. Bonomini is an Associate Attorney at Jesson & Rains, PLLC,where she focuses her practice on business and transactional matters. Ashley advises closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals on a wide range of legal issues, including entity formation and governance, contract drafting and negotiation, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
Before joining Jesson & Rains, PLLC, Ashley practiced family law and later founded and operated her own law firm. In those roles, she represented clients in complex matters involving divorce, custody, and financial issues, while also managing all aspects of a small business, including client relationships, compliance, and operational decision-making. This experience gives her a practical understanding of the legal and business challenges faced by entrepreneurs and business owners. With more than a decade of legal experience, Ashley brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to her practice. She is known for providing clear, strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals and for helping clients navigate legal issues with confidence and clarity. Ashley earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University, and later relocated to North Carolina for law school. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar. Outside of her practice, Ashley lives with her husband and young daughter in Huntersville. She enjoys spending time with her dogs, traveling, and cheering on her Florida State Seminoles. |
