Hana serves as the Front Desk Coordinator at Jesson & Rains PLLC, where she helps create a welcoming, well-organized environment for both clients and staff. With over a decade of experience in commercial construction administration in Guam, she’s known for working alongside teams to keep things moving smoothly and for finding thoughtful, practical solutions when challenges arise.

Originally raised in a military family, Hana’s early years were shaped by global travel and adaptability while her father served as a U.S. Army officer. After returning to Guam, she studied Special Education at the University of Guam and spent several years focused on raising her three children.

After the COVID-19 pandemic and the loss of her grandmothers, Hana relocated to Charlotte, inspired by her Nanas' resilience and faith, to pursue new opportunities and serve others in a meaningful way. 

At Jesson & Rains, Hana brings a steady presence and thoughtful approach to her role. She values clear communication, dependable systems, and a welcoming environment for both clients and colleagues. Her work is grounded in the same resilience and faith that guided her journey—an enduring commitment to rise, serve, and move forward with purpose.
