​Nicole M. (Beitzinger) Perozzi is an Associate Attorney with Jesson & Rains, PLLC, where she assists clients with estate planning, succession planning, probate administration, and trust administration.  She earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and went on to receive her law degree from Marquette University Law School.  Before relocating to Charlotte, Nicole practiced law for nearly five years in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Nicole understands firsthand the importance of having an estate plan. For much of Nicole’s childhood, her parents served as in-home caretakers for two of her grandparents who suffered from Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. This experience inspired Nicole to pursue a career where she could help other families much like her own prepare for both the incapacity and death of a loved one.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their dog, Rosie, and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles.
