Sydney Stephan works closely with our attorneys to draft probate court, estate planning, and business documents. In constant communication with our clients, Sydney strives to provide fruitful and conscientious work, resulting in peace of mind for our clients and their legal documents.
 
Sydney is a graduate from Trine University located in Indiana, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Legal Studies in 2022 with minors in Criminal Justice, Communications, Psychology , and Political Science and earning her Master of Science in 2024, graduating Cum Laude and a recipient of the National Honors Society of Leadership and Success. In college Sydney was an Executive Board Member for various clubs, appointed by the Dean of Students to represent her University in the Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative in 2019 and placing runner up at the UCA College National Championship in 2021. Sydney started working as an Estate Planning Paralegal at the age of 16 and has since worked in other fields of law such as: criminal, education, government, and personal injury.
 
Sydney is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana and relocated to North Carolina post-graduation. Sydney joined the Jesson & Rains team in the fall of 2024.
